Carolyn has worked sixteen successful years in Public and Health Services. She is accustomed to handling heavy workloads, pressure and varied responsibilities.
As an Independent Trainer/Facilitator for the past ten years, Ms. McCummings offers training, workshops and seminars in Customer Service, Conflict Resolution, Anger Management, Diversity, Sexual Harassment, Team Building, Coping with Stress and Behavior Style Recognition.
Carolyn has trained staff members at several New York Hospitals and Nursing Homes. She also trained approximately 1000 employees at Riverbay Corporation (Co-op City). Prior to joining McNamara & Associates, Inc., Carolyn assisted Brown, Brown & Associates on a large two year project for Consolidated Edison who has a work force of 14,000. The curriculum for Con Ed included: Conflict Resolution, Customer Service, Behavior Style Recognition, Effective Listening and Diversity.
Ms. McCummings is passionate about the work she does and is often called back by clients for follow-up or refresher sessions. Carolyn has been quite successful as a Trainer/Facilitator because she offers a relaxed and fun atmosphere.
Carolyn holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Hofstra University specializing in Human Resource Management. She is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree from New York State University @ Albany in Public Health.
