With twenty-five years of experience with Philip Morris USA, Jack A. Rampulla brings to McNamara & Associates a unique blend of sales management and training competencies. Program Design, and Platform being strong skills, Jack has designed and facilitated seminars in Diversity Management, Leadership Training, Team Building, Stress Management,360- degree analysis, Sexual Harassment Awareness, Performance Management, Recruiting and Selection, and various Sales Training Workshops, to name only a few.
In his last position as Division Manager, Jack was responsible for key strategies and initiatives for accounts in New York, which included Nassau and Suffolk county Long Island, Brooklyn and Queens. During this time he was also responsible for training management candidates getting them ready for their next position as sales managers and trainers.
As a sales manager, Jack had to analyze and interpret market trends and brand performance as well as to carry out promotion initiatives set down by senior management. He provided training and support to meet the needs of the sales organization that he piloted, which included the Philip Morris designed programs entitled, Game Plan Process and Partnership Selling.
Jack holds a BA Degree in Management and Communications from Adelphi University and is a member of several community and civic associations throughout the Long Island area. Jack is particularly proud of his work with the teen community where he uses his platform competencies to facilitate a program of his own design, entitled R.A.M.P. (Reality-Attitude-Motivation-Peers), to meet the needs of the community’s teenagers.
