Ms. Rachel Jones brings to McNamara & Associates, Inc. over twenty years of experience in various roles including Human Resources, Compensation, Project Management.
In Rachel’s experience as a Human Resources professional she has been responsible for domestic and international Inventive Planning strategies including but not limited: Executive, Sales and Employee bonus plans. She was the Lead Consultant and System Navigator for the development of an improved Incentive Plan Process, while working closely with Finance and HR teams to determine Incentive Plan Structure – troubleshooting anomalies and ensuring functionality and training on the new system.
Rachel’s career in Human Resources includes: Generalist, Benefit Specialist, Compensation Specialist, as well as Training. She has served and led employee and community populations, ranging from church attendees and numerous volunteer groups, serving a population of over 5000 throughout New York City. Rachel has superb analytical skills and has been known for her insight, interpretation and translation of data. Rachel currently designs and implements innovative training programs on multiple platforms.
Rachel is also a published author, activist and Mental Health Awareness Community Advocate.
Rachel holds a BBA Degree from Baruch College, with a focus on Human Resources Management and Accounting. She also holds a Certificate in Mental Health First Aid.
