Stanley Gray

Stanley Gray brings a very strong Organizational & Management Development background to McNamara & Associates, Inc.. Stanley’s experience includes 11 years in the U.S. Marine Corp., where he served as a Commander and Staff Officer. He also brings 15 plus years as a Corporate Human Resources Executive.

Mr. Gray has received accolades for his leadership in a variety of companies, including: Consumer Products, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Beverage and Energy. He has expertise in Executive Development, Training, Labor Relations, Employee Relations, Staffing and Compensation. He is a Certified Advance Mediator and Certified Benefits Administrator.

Stanley earned a B.S. Degree from the U.S. Naval Academy. He is currently active in a number of affiliations, including Commissioner for the City of Tampa, St Vincent De Paul Volunteer Instructor, Disabled Veterans of America and Society for Human Resources Management. Mr. Gray also sits on the Board of the Naval Academy Alumni Association, YMCA, Boys & Girls Club and Tampa Bat Leadership Association.
