James T. McCummings, MS, MSW, CSW

James has been a Corporate Trainer for the last twenty years. He is also the Director of Solutions Counseling Services in Long Island and Brooklyn, NY.

Prior to joining McNamara & Associates, Inc., James offered training and consulting services to a wide variety of clients, including: The Riverbay Corporation at Coop City, Kingsboro Psychiatric Center. He also worked as a Facilitator for Brown, Brown & Associates on a project training 14,000 employees of Consolidated Edison in Conflict Resolution, Customer Service and Diversity.

As a Facilitator, James’ expertise includes: Diversity, Conflict Resolution, Customer Service, Team Building, Coping with Stress, Sexual Harassment Awareness, Anger Management and Personal Profiles Behavior. His style is very interactive and engaging.

Mr. McCummings holds a Master’s Degree in Education from Long Island University at CW Post Center; a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Hunter College School of Social Work; and is a New York State Certified Social Worker. James is also a Trained Alcoholism Counselor from the Division of Alcohol and Alcohol Abuse and a Family Therapist.
