Professional Experience

Lisa Cree has diverse experience in industrial organizational psychology with emphasis on survey analysis, design and development of competency models, performance management, research and implementation, work/family balance, and telecommuting programs. She specializes in team-building, conflict resolution, leadership development, cultural and strategic change and new employee orientation .

Her professional background includes working as a faculty member at Capella University, teaching advanced research methods, test and measurements, and consulting psychology. She has two partnerships, one with Cognology, an Australian firm, selling technological Performance Management Solutions and the other with Ron Rembisz and Associates, providing executive level coaching to fortune 500 companies. She currently works with Curtis Sliwa of the Guardian Angels giving Violence Prevention Seminars monthly at St. John’s University. Her background also includes serving as a Consultant for Stromberg Consulting, in New York, providing strategic change and human resources business services to clients. Previously she served as a Regional Consulting Manager for Performaworks, Inc., offering integrated leadership and performance tools for mid-sized and Fortune 500 clients. Lisa partnered with the sales team in business development activities by facilitating the sales process and providing topic expertise, as well as multi-source assessment and feedback instruments. Before that Lisa was Senior Consultant at Deutsche Bank where she advised business units on best practices, participated in projects relating to business process reengineering, change management, risk analysis, systems development and implementation, and new product development.

Earlier in her career Lisa was an Organizational Development Consultant/Human Resource Manager for Medsite.com, Inc. where she served as the start-up company’s primary compensation analyst and consultant, responsible for strategizing options and approaches to designing an effective compensation structure across the organization, and developed and implemented the human resources infrastructure. Lisa has also worked as an Organizational Development Specialist for WorldxChange Communications and as an Assessment Center Associate for Human Resources International in San Diego, CA.
