Before joining McNamara & Associates, Erica worked as an international business ethics consultant throughout Latin America and the United States for various organizations, in the areas of ethics training, internal investigations, conflicts of interest management, and communications. Erica is an experienced investigator specialized in harassment and sexual harassment. She is adept at developing and facilitating customized ethics training, focused on exporting corporate values, best practices, and global standards of conduct.
Erica developed the UN’s 2017 Ethics Leadership Dialogue, which guides managers ethics dialogues with their staff on the topics of exchanging gifts, preventing sexual exploitation and abuse, the prohibition of discrimination, harassment, and abuse of authority, engaging political activities, and conflicts of interest related to outside activities. Erica has facilitated ethics training for the World Bank Group, the Inter-American Development Bank, and the Pan American Health Organization.
Erica holds an MBA in HR Management from Universidad del Salvador in Buenos Aires, Argentina and a BA in Political Science with a certificate in Latin American Studies from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
